Jewish Student Services is proud to continue producing Jewlicious Festival. Facebook and student activism is creating a groundswell of “buzz” and organizers expect to sell the 500 tickets to Jewlicious well ahead of the weekend. A major source of the recruiting and PR effort has been on Facebook. Rabbi Yonah created a network of students and groups through Facebook that has reached nearly 700 students in just two weeks.
A student group is meeting eaech week on planning, and there are eight schools represented in the core-planning group: UCLA, CSULB, UCI, SDSU, Chapman, Claremont, CSUN, CSUF.
